Law Enforcement Support
I have always been a supporter of Law Enforcement, but my interest grew dramatically after having been accepted to the Philadelphia FBI Citizens Academy in 2016. They only take 30 people from any given city, once a year to participate in this privileged program.
The program was eight weeks long and would take place in several different locations, starting at FBI Headquarters in Philadelphia and then subsequently moved to various undisclosed off-site locations. We participated in hands-on work with the agents in many different serious aspects of Federal Law Enforcement. We went to Quantico for a day for further training and also to headquarters in Washington. The comprehensive nature of the program was phenomenal and after graduation, we would become the eyes and ears of the community.
In 2019, I was privileged to go through and complete the Inaugural Philadelphia HSI Citizens Academy (Homeland Security Investigations). A five week program that was even more intense than the FBICA. HSI deals with some of the darkest levels of domestic and transnational crime in existence and even though they are the investigational arm of the Department of Homeland Security, they have worldwide jurisdiction to fight human trafficking, drugs, money laundering, counterfeiting and so much more.
In 2020 and 2022, I participated in the Palm Beach Police Fire Foundation Citizens Academy and then completed a day of SWAT Training with PBSO (Palm Beach Sheriff's Office). Subsequently, I became a certified Situational Awareness Advanced Practitioner with the Arcuri Global Group in order to comprehend and experience what our Law Enforcers and First Responders deal with every day, then volunteered in the Palm Beach Police Crime Scene Evidence Unit.
Honored to also be on the Board of Directors of FEHSF, Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation (fehsf.org), an Advisory Board member of Impera Intelligence Group (imperaintel.com), on the Board of Directors of FBICAAA and a Founding Member of ILET, International Law Enforcement Training.
